When You Keep Insisting

There are times that it is good to insist on what you want. Human as we are, that's the common thing that happens once we need or we want something very badly especially on this recession times. But are we really gonna go bad just because we wanted to be granted by our request?

Oh, this scene is very common with credit cardholders who have been delinquent with their accounts. They insist more than anyone else. If you hear them screaming just for the companies to wave their late fee or finance charges, they will. There are those whom you thought would be smart enough to understand how the card companies go are the ones who would die and stick their ears on the phone just for the late fee to be waived. This is basically what happen to the company I am with. You hear card members requesting for supervisor insisting that they have the right to this waived when in fact they know very well with themselves that they are late. Well, we really can't blame them too. Perhaps they are really in need now of that $39 late fee waive. It is already much to others who have no job at all and are trying to keep their life in shape. The thing, we do hope card members can deal with whom they are talking in a nice way and not in a rude manner. After all, they are the ones in need of it. When you keep insisting with rudeness, the more you will not be granted;why would you?
